Meet Chad: The Veteran Behind Kinney Cleaning Services

October 7, 2026

When you hire Kinney Cleaning Services, you are not hiring a franchise or a call center. You are hiring me: Joseph Chadwick Kinney. Most folks call me Chad.

Service first

I served in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1993 during the Gulf War era. The military taught me how to show up on time, do the job right the first time, and take pride in the work. I run my business the same way.

The business

I founded Kinney Cleaning Services on July 4, 2019, right here in Mobile, Alabama. What started as pressure washing has grown into a full service cleaning company: house soft washing, driveways and concrete, window cleaning, tile and grout, gutter cleaning, roof treatments, and interior deep cleans for homes and businesses.

We serve Mobile County, the Eastern Shore, Saraland, Satsuma, and the surrounding areas. Every job gets the same treatment whether it is a small driveway or a full commercial property.

How I work

I do not chase the cheapest price in town, and I will tell you that straight. I compete on quality: careful prep, the right equipment, and work I would put my name on. That is why the business holds a 5.0 star rating across every Google review. My customers trust me with their homes, and I do not take that lightly.

I am also the guy who answers the phone. When you call (251) 767-0754, you talk to me, not a dispatcher. I give the quote, I do the work, and I stand behind it.

Why it matters

Hiring a local veteran owned business keeps your money in Mobile and puts it in the hands of someone who treats your home like his own. That has been the whole idea since day one.

Thanks for trusting me with your home. I look forward to earning it again on the next job.
